NFL Update!
I’m back for the second time today to give a second shot of your NFL fix. This post will focus on the remaining free agents that have the potential to help teams get better and make a run at the Super Bowl.
First you have a certain running back that changed Charger history forever. The man I am talking about is running back LaDainian Tomlinson. Tomlinson is not the same man who scored 32 touchdowns and league MVP in 2006. But he still has gas left to help push a Super Bowl contender to the top. I believe he will be a third down back who can get the tough yards and score goal line touchdowns for whatever team he is signed by. The teams in the hunt are Vikings and Jets. Both teams lost in the championship rounds of these years playoffs. I believe the best fit for Tomlinson would be the Minnesota Vikings because they just lost back up running back Chester Taylor. Tomlinson would provide a change of pace from Adrian Peterson and could spell Peterson when he gets tired. Seeing that the Vikings lost in the NFC Championship game without Tomlinson, he could be the missing piece that the Vikings need. I think Tomlinson will finish his career in Minnesota and have good success.
Next you have star wide receiver Terrell Owens. Owens is looking for a new team after finishing his one-year contract with the Buffalo Bills. Owens has recently met with the Cincinnati Bengals and now is rumored to be in talks with the Oakland Raiders. I believe that Owens would be a great fit with the Bengals because he would be a big target for Carson Palmer and take a lot of pressure off of All Pro wide receiver Chad Johnson. Owens in my opinion still has two great years left and could really help a good team in the Bengals win the Super Bowl.
The Last big free agent out there is star wide receiver Brandon Marshall. Brandon Marshall has wanted out of Denver for a couple years now, and this might be the year he gets his wish. He believes that he deserves the same amount of money as top receivers like Larry Fitzgerald, Andre Johnson, and Chad Johnson. Brandon Marshall has been one of the best receivers in the NFL the last three years. Marshall has had over 100 catches, 1100 yards, and 6 touchdowns catches, all of which rank in the top ten in the last three years. In my opinion Marshall would be a great fit for the Seattle Seahawks because they need a number one receiver to make plays for quarterback Matt Hasselback.
Thank you all for reading my blog and until next time goodbye!

Hi Penn,

The blog is coming along and the theme seems to keep you motivated to write! I like the links you include at the bottom of the page that take readers to the NFL website. Cool idea!

The pictures of the Cardinals logo and NFL theme are great. Considering your topic I suggest more visuals. For example, in this post you focus on free agents that may determine next year's Super Bowl. Could we see them? I know whenever I watch ESPN and they talk players there is a flash to a guy's mug shot of sorts adjacent to his stats.

Two things that MUST change are the coloring of the font/background and the spacing between paragraphs (there is none). I had to skim most of your entries because I couldn't read them! The red font against dark blue background is not effective. I bet there are some "football" themed blog backgrounds you could use and/or just change the font.

Keep working in the visuals and text of the blog. Remember to post twice a week! I look forward to seeing how your blog shapes up!
